Life Buckets is an innovative tool created by therapists to assist each user with compartmentalizing significant life issues effectively. The tool consists of a system of buckets, balls, and labels which can be used to reflect specific life matters identified by the individual. While using the tool, the facilitator assists the participant in comprehensively defining challenges, creating a healthy dialogue, and developing effective strategies for the next steps.
